Right of revocation in consumer contracts

Any customer has the right to revoke the contractual

statement without stating reasons and within 14 days

of receipt of goods. The notice period shall be deemed

observed if the goods of cancellation are received within

this period and with indication of the addresser and the

number of invoice. Please send the goods by registered

parcel and retain the certificate of posting. Non-free parcels

are not accepted.

Supplied goods can be checked carefully and diligently in the

usual way. If the goods show any traces of use we will reserve

the right to charge an appropriate amount for use.

Reduced or class-B-merchandise is non-returnable.

If the supplied goods do not correspond to the order or show

any defects the conditions of return and warranty will be valid.

(§ 6) Please regard that the packaging belongs to the delivery and

only correctly packed goods can be taken back.
